SWANA Resources
- AA/PIRC is excited to announce our new SWANA (South West Asian and North African) Retention Specialist, Myenn Rahnoma! Myenn is a recent graduate from San Jose State University’s Journalism program, where she also led the Afghan Student Association and SWANA Project. Her experiences at SJSU helped Myenn discover her passion for amplifying SWANA voices, hoping to bring those skills to UC Santa Cruz’s campus in order to help the program flourish and make SWANA students feel seen. Please feel free to send welcome greetings to Myenn at her email: mrahnoma@ucsc.edu.
